Cozumel Island is located a short 40-minute ferry ride from the Playa del Carmen, so if you’re not lodging on the island you will need to cross over on the 8 am ferry. It arrives at Cozumel at approximately 8:45, and one of our representatives will personally greet you at the ferry terminal in Cozumel.
